Good to know.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and at launch you get the logins and the files. You can take the site anywhere.
What else will I pay for?
A domain is about $20 a year, and hosting is usually $0 to $15 a month depending on the site. I tell you the exact costs before we start. The care plan is optional.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. Business sites come with a walkthrough so you can change text, photos and prices yourself. If you'd rather not, the care plan covers small edits.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, photos, and the words for each page, or I can write them with the copywriting add-on. Plus a 20-minute call to start.
How does payment work?
Half to start and half at launch, by Interac e-Transfer. The price is the fixed quote you approved, so there are no surprises.
How long does it take?
One to four weeks depending on the package, once I have your photos and text. Rush delivery takes about half the time.
Will my site show up on Google?
I set up Google Search and your Google Business Profile, and build every page for local search. Nobody can promise a first-place ranking, but you start with everything in place.
